A 10-Minute Goddess Reset Ritual ✨


Sometimes life gets so busy that we forget to check in with ourselves. Between work, kids, and the endless to-do lists, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or even disconnected. But here’s the truth: you don’t need hours to reset your energy. Even 10 minutes can help you ground, refocus, and step back into your goddess power.

This is a ritual I’ve been leaning on lately, especially after a few months of being “ghost” while juggling my career and family. As many of you know, I work as an LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) for a 55+ community, and between that responsibility and raising my kids, life has been a lot. But one thing I’ve learned is this: it’s okay to pause, to rest, and then return stronger.

This is a ritual I’ve been leaning on lately, especially after a few months of being “ghost” while juggling my career and family. But one thing I’ve learned is this: it’s okay to pause, to rest, and then return stronger.

So if you’ve been feeling scattered, drained, or just in need of a reset—this simple 10-minute ritual is for you.

🌙 Step 1: Ground Yourself (2 minutes)

Sit somewhere quiet and take a few deep breaths. Place your feet firmly on the floor and imagine roots extending from you into the earth. Let yourself feel supported, safe, and connected.



🌙 Step 2: Refocus Your Mind (2 minutes)

Close your eyes and gently release any thoughts of yesterday’s worries or tomorrow’s to-dos. Repeat this affirmation:
“I am present. I am enough. I am right where I need to be.”

🌙 Step 3: Revisit Your Monthly Goals (3 minutes)

Take out your journal or planner and glance at your monthly intentions. Instead of overwhelming yourself with a huge list, pick one or two small goals you can move toward today. Remember, progress is progress, no matter how small.

🌙 Step 4: Say a Simple Prayer (2 minutes)

Offer gratitude for the lessons of the past month and call in guidance for the one ahead. You might say:
“Thank you for the strength to carry me this far. May I walk into this new month with clarity, peace, and purpose.”

🌙 Step 5: Step Into Renewal (1 minute)

Take one last deep breath and imagine a fresh wave of energy washing over you. This is your reset button. Carry it with you as you step into your day or your month ahead.
